やっぱ立って演奏すると低音が減るので、 また座って演奏してみた。 それでもやっぱ音が細い。 ベストポジション探すの難しな。

マイクをスタンドにつけてみたら、また低音出なくなった。 でも、ギターの低音がなくなった分、逆にボーカルは前より良い感じに拾えてる。 またベストポジションを一から探り直しやな。 あと、慣れないせいか、ものすごく演奏しにくい。 これは慣れるしかないわな。

半年ぐらいまえの自分の動画見てるが、 明らかに今より演奏技術も歌唱力も劣る。 特に歌は、今のほうがはるかに上手くなってる。 こうやって自分の新歩を確信できると、 本当に続けてきてよかったなと思う。 そして、これからも、もっともっと進歩する。

前からやってみたかった夜中の放送が実現した。 でもあんまり来場者数変わらんかったな。 ５時間飲まず食わずの、ぶっ続けだったので、相当疲れた。 疲れてる時ってインスピレーションが冴えるって言うけど、 たしかにそうかもしれないって思った。 最後の方とか完全に無の境地で弾き語ってたわ。 というわけで今日もやるよ。 今日までの期間限定だ。

大分理想の音に近づいてきた。 とくに声の質感は前より遥かにクリアだな。 音作り楽しい。 弾き語り楽しい。

ついに朝放送に、まともなマイクとインターフェイスを導入。 正確には、インターフェイス内蔵コンデンサー式USBマイクだが。 音が細くなるのを懸念してたが、そんなこともなく、 割りと良い感じだと思う。 ただ、理想の音で拾えるまで、まだまだ試行錯誤が必要だ。 ま、それも楽しみ。

なんか　ええこと　おまへんか

久しぶりに曲できたわ。 ２０分ぐらいでスラスラ出来た。 と言っても、最近やってる Funky Mojo に歌詞つけただけやけどな。 まあ、ずっと温めてきたアイデアを具体化したって感じ。 俺の場合、さあ曲作るぞ！とか構えても出来ない。 出来るときに作ればええわって感じやな。 やっぱ、手っ取り早いのが、今あるレパートリーの改作やな。 夢うつつとか、原曲と全くかけ離れたアレンジで、 １０分超えの大作になってきてるのに、カバーやもんな。 新しく歌詞書いてメロディ付けてオリジナルにしよう。 誰も気付かんやろ。

自分のTSで　Rock me baby 見てたら、 フレーズの合間で呼吸してるのが聞こえて、 無意識にギターと一緒に頭の中で歌ってるんだなと思った。 それで思い出したのがこれ。 http://youtu.be/_BEx6DK3MUs オスカー・ペティフォードのベースソロ。 この人も歌ってるね。 ピアノソロ、ベースソロと続いて、 御大ホーキンスが吹き始める瞬間が最高にスリリング。

http://youtu.be/HlRvazf3_7k Art Tatum Trio の唯一の映像。 １９４３年１２月 Art Tatum (p) Tiny Grimes (g) Slam Stewart (b) 同じシーンを何テイクもカメラ位置を変えて撮ってる所を見ると、 映画のシーン用だったのかな。 テイタムって完全な盲目ではなかったらしいが、全く手元を見ていないな。 ギタリストのタイニーグライムスが見れるのも貴重。 そして、あの伝説のスリー・デューセズの店内が見れるのも興奮する。 ここでチャーリー・パーカーを見たかったな。 同年代のパーカーの動画とか出てこないかな。

http://youtu.be/WVcL62uiAKM ナット・キング・コール・トリオの初代ギタリスト。 チャーリー・クリスチャンの影に隠れて知名度は低いが、 個人的に、クリスチャンと同等に好きなギタリストで、 強い影響を受けている。 この曲は、彼が作った曲で、めっちゃいい曲。 余裕ができたら、ぜひカバーしたいと思ってる。
