A new scale

新しい体重計を買った。体脂肪と内臓脂肪の値が全然違う。古い体重計では、体脂肪15、内臓脂肪7とかやったのに、新しい体重計では、体脂肪11、内臓脂肪2!めっちゃ違うやん。この2つ落とすために1年近く、毎日30分運動してきたけど、もうやらんでいいかも知れん?まあ、キープするために続けるけど、毎日じゃなくてもいいかな。代わりにもっと歩いたほうが良いかも。 I bought a new body weight scale. The levels of my body fat and visceral fat are so different from the one. With my old scale, my body fat was around 15, and my visceral fat was about 7. Now, with my new scale, my body fat is around 11 and my visceral fat is 2! What a difference! I’ve been exercising 30 minutes a day to decrease them for almost a year. So does that mean I don’t need to exercise anymore? I'll continue to exercise to keep them low anyway, but not everyday. Maybe I should walk more instead.
